The PRx Profile Flat Folding Bench is intended for use with any of our wall mounted racks! All you have to do is pull it out from the wall and the bench deploys to the flat position! Once you are done with your workout, fold it back to the wall where it only sticks out a few inches! The 1,000 lb weight capacity makes this bench robust enough for the most dedicated lifters!
